We are welcoming the first Heart Crew members and anyone who feels called to support the preparation for the upcoming season.
Due to some unexpected challenges, we haven’t been able to prepare the space as thoroughly as we wished. One major setback was the crash of our web platform, which manages all communication and registrations. This issue kept us fully occupied for an entire week and caused delays that we are still working to resolve.
But this is exactly when the true spirit of community shines brightest. We are letting go of our ideal vision of how things “should” look upon your arrival, and instead focusing on what truly matters — staying balanced, centered, and open-hearted so we can welcome you with genuine presence.
For those who feel inspired to jump in and help prepare — without worrying too much about everything being perfect — we’ll co-create the space together. This is community in action, and we’ll celebrate that spirit as we work side by side.
Along with the hands-on work, we’ll also spend meaningful time connecting — for example, through talking stick circles and team-building sessions that help us get to know each other better.
All Heart Crew members arriving early will have their costs fully covered during this week, with the hope that each contributes around 25 hours of work exchange.
If you prefer not to join the working and connecting phase, we recommend arriving on or after the 7th instead.
